We are a family business serving the DFW and Tyler areas. My father always said, "with experience comes wisdom." With that thought in mind I want to share what I've seen in my remodeling experience. I've seen 40% markups on services that go to marketing, sales, unnecessary expenses and contractors sitting behind a desk. They pay sub-contractors who are not held accountable to do the work. They promise the world and deliver the basics. I see hidden fees and costly upgrades.  I see people so frustrated they settle for work they are not completely happy with. This is NOT how business should be conducted and NOT how serenity is found!
